Love this post! I gave up regularly eating meat and frozen foods a few years ago and it's amazing how easily your body can adjust to not having foods you thought you would simply die without. It's definitely liberating to discover for yourself that eating healthier does NOT mean depriving yourself.


Wonderful post! I admire you for sticking up with your diet instead of going back to your old eating habit. I agree with Yumi that you don't need to deprive yourself in order to eat healthy.
